My grandmother was named Luncinda Brannon. She hated the name and went by Lou. Her family lived in or around Etowah County after the civil war. Her mother, whose name I do not know, entered the new ground in Etowah County after a very unsuccessful move to MO., That is now known as Brannon Springs. I would appreciate any information that you can share. Please email me a lclay1221@aol.com.

Thanks.
Libby Clay
