All patience you can grant me will be appreciated ,because this is rather complicated - my great grandmother was Agnes Paulin dob sept1879 -there is no dispute that her siblings are Marie Melanie 1881-Joseph Honore 1882-Francois Xavier 1883-Marguerite 1889 &Elizabeth 1887---nor is there a problem with her husband Remi Paulin and no problem with her dad Xavier Paulin son of Pierre & Seraphie(nee Mcgraw)Paulin --The problem has been with Agnes mother -she has been reported as Vitaline paulin (nee Mazerolle) Paulin--here is the problem Vitaline died 4 yrs before Agnes was born -Now we know Xavier married 3 times --Vitaline Mazerolle -then Louise Godin-then Venerante Mazerolle only no one can account for her parents correctly-Ihave contacted the familis (Mazerolle & Paulin) who are most graciously assisting but I think the solution lies with the Breau family ,you see the only Venerante I've been able to come close with was a Venerante that married into the Mazerolle's but was actually born a Breau -this all became more suspicious when I noticed in my grandam's diary a birthday listed for a Matt Breau -I had never heard that name in relation to my family at all -so Icalled Mother who told me that Matt had been raised by our family (have pictures)--so I started to wonder--this is only complicated by the fact that I have an obit of Venerente Mazerolle Epouse de Xavier Paulin decedee a Caraquet 8 auost 1916 a l age de 64 ans (wife of -died -8 august)-I think she may be your Venerente-also have Venerante-Venerande- ps extra pictures of Matt (as a child) that I would be willing to part with if you have none-----If this makes any sense to you please advise back --------Merci -Thank you-----Marie Antoinette Fenn Pijnnaken aka Toni----------------
