Beyond his contributions to the war and science, Dr. Brendel had Two sons, Emil Jr. and Frederick. Also a daughter Gertrude. His wife was Lena Dehnert of Peoria. Is Emil Frederick Dehnert of Fondulac Wisc. related? I have Gertrude's family, but is there any other family info available? What about the Dehnerts?
