According to Maryland Genealogies Thomas Brooke and his wife, Elizabeth are listed in Maryland Historical Magazine Vol. 10, pp283-344. All the names of their children are verified by his will on file at the Court House, Hagerstown, Washington Co, Maryland. His daughter, Rachael, married William Collard and had a daughter named Elizabeth. I am trying to proove that this Elizabeth is the one who married Francis Kerby of Prince George's County. As this line from Governor Brooke down to Thomas is well connected with Prince George's County, and there are precious few people in Princece George's County before the Rev. War, this does not seem like a stretch, but still proof is needed. Francis Kerby later owned Harmony Hall, though he was not a successful plantation owner or really wealthy(compared to the Brooke Family) at all. He died leaving several orphans.
