Hello All !
My name is Anne Poole, and I am a researcher with The Lost Colony Center for Science and Research in North Carolina. We are very interested in the Brooke / Brooks surname, as it was the name of Lost Colonist John Brooke.
We are hosting a major dna symposium in September to begin a project that will attempt to identify living descendants of The Lost Colony of 1587. If you have any history in your family about having an ancestor who came from England with Sir Walter Raleigh's Lost Colony, we would very much like to hear from you !
