Thomas Baker, Esq. , Barrister, of London married Mary Engham of London and their daughter Mary Baker married Robert Brooke, Esq., born 1602 in London and died Brookeplace, Maryland in 1655. In the book entitled "The Descendants of Robert Brooke..." by Lenora Brooke, she says that Mary Engham Baker was of royal descent. Does anyone know how that descent goes?
