Debra: I have an Emma Brookshire in Missouri who married a Daniel Kennedy around 1860. She later married a Marion Jackson Brown and they had a daughter named Sarah Francis Brown. When Sarah was married the marriage permission was signed by parents Jackson and Dulcena Brown. No one else in family remembers Emaline with the middle name of Dulcena. Emaline also gives her place of birth as Kentucky. I admit having little to go on here, this has been the hardest line for me. Any help here would be appreciated if there is a connection.
