Laura,
Where in the world did you find the Brookshire bible. My Great Uncle was Anthoney Brookshire. There is a Brookshire Family Cemetary here in Phelps county, in fact we laid another of my uncles to rest in that cemetary just yesterday. Would it be possible to get copies from that bible.
