This could be my John Brumfield . Do you have any other info on him such as wife or children. His wife would have been Mary Plaster or Plaister and had at least one child named Anna Brumfield who was born around 1854. Is their any way you could check census on the year 1850 and see if this is my John. I would apprecaite anything you could do, I am new to this so I am not sure how to get census info.Diana
