It would seem that Adam Noah Brungart was the son of Charles Brungart b-abt 1848 and Emiline b-abt 1847. In the 1880 census in Miles Twp. Centre Co. Pa. you find H. C. Brungart 32 wife Emiline 33 with children Ida 10, William 7, and Adam N. 2 also a mother of H. C. was Nancy 59. This seems most likely not saying it is the right Adam.
1870 census in Miles Twp. Centre Co. Pa. you find
Charles Brungart 22 Emiline 23 Ida 9/12 Nancy 48 John 21
Going to the 1850 census still in Miles Twp. you have Jacob Brungart 25 wife Nancy 24 Henry 3 John 1 living with Jacob Brungart 63 and Margaret 54 who I would assume is Margaret Gephart. This Jacob b-15 Jan 1786 is the son of Martin Brungart and Catherine Wentz.
This is all guess work just looking at the census, I do have some Brungart stuff on my computer, just can't open it. My son was going to help me get it fixed. Above just seems likely. No question you will be related to Martin. I'll try and look a little harder at things, been gone for a few days.
Just found some papers that may help!
I have found where Jacob Brungart b-23 Sep 1823 married Nancy Gos. Jacob died 27 Mar 1851 at age 27 he is buried at Lutheran & Reformed cemetery Rebersburg, Miles Twp. Centre Co.Pa. Nancy Gos was born 6 Aug 1820 she died 19 Mar 1901 she is also buried in Rebersburg.

John Luther b-6 Apr 1849 married 1st Julia Wise 2nd Lucy Kershner
Henry Charles died 28 Aug 1905 buried in Rebersburg, Emiline died 16 Jan 1927.
Once again this is my best guess at this point, but the above family seems likely and is from Miles Twp.
I'll do some more checking and hopefully get into my computer files.
