Hi, my Brunton ancestors lived in Beaver County, PA 1810 and went to Indiana. My family told the story that three brothers fled Scotland for political and religious reasons and went to Ireland. Then they came to America in 1600's. They lived in PA and then floated down the Ohio River to IN. Some got off along the way, KY or OH. I believe your person is possibly connected to our line - but we have no proof.
