I have the following info. Message from Walt Bailey said he is the son of Marcellus Buis and Dobbs. Marcellus did have a son named Joel but Elisha had a son named Joel also that I have in MO that is married to Louisa. Don't know if my records are accurate at this point so I'm sending you the family. Let me know if any of these names are familiar. So many of the Buis' went to Putnam County and then on to other parts of the U.S. Hope to hear from you.
