Samuel Cable signed as a witness when my ancestors, Thomas Ashmore and Louisa Kisor, were wed in Scioto Co., OH 11 June 1840.

I would like to know where Samuel was born and where he lived up to that point in time. I'm having a hard time finding the Kisor side of the family. I'm thinking he might be a friend of the Kisor family.
