Are your ancestors John Calder and Jane Murray the same couple as on my tree? John Calder b. 29 July 1762 in Keith, Banffshire and married Jane Murray in Bannff on 4 March 1797. His parents were James and Isobel Lorimer.
Sons of John were twins William and Abercromby Calder. William married Elspet Conn in 1836, they had a child Frederick Calder who married Mary Walker and their children were Elspet, Thomas, Frederick William and Jemima Walker Calder. Thomas then married Maggie Johnstone in Perthshire.
