I now reside at Lake View cottage. The follwing is the sale advertisement of the property posted by a Wiggin's family members trust company.

Lake View Cottage began as the summer home of Professor Ezekiel Stone Wiggins (1839-1910) and his wife Mrs. Suzie Anna Wiggins, a pioneer in womans issues and publisher of the "Gunhilda" papers.

This lovely wilderness property is on the west shore of the Grand Lake, the largest lake in New Brunswick. There is also a small lake on the premises.

The land extends from the Lake back one and seven tenths of a mile, and is two hundred and seventeen rods wide, with a lovely crescent sand beach on the Grand Lake shore, which affords most ideal boating and bathing. It is well wooded, with abundance of coal underneath; it abounds in moose and deer which are to be seen nearly everyday during the summer, and there is also good shooting in the season. There is fish to be had at all seasons of the year in both Grand and Princess Lakes.

The Hunting Lodge is composed of five buildings: Dwelling, Guests’ House , wood, ice, and Bath Houses. They are artistically built with logs with bark removed and then oiled, and are situated on a peninsula between the two lakes, where they catch every breeze: an ideal summer home and Sportsman’s Paradise. The house is commodious and comfortable, and will accommodates eight to ten persons. The main post road passes the door where mail is taken and left tri-weekly.
