A.E. Canada passes away, appeared in the Salinas
California Newspaper on Monday March 29, 1954.
Alfred Emerson Canada, 80 passes away in the local rest home yesterday morning following a long illness. He was a native of Trenton, Tenn. and for 10 years has resided here, making his home with his brother, James H. Canada at 1113 Del Monte Avenue.
Also surviving are one son Clyde Canada: two daughters; Mrs. J.T. Potts and Mrs. Claude Riggins all of Dallas, Okla., and one sister, Mrs. Francis Sloan of Oklahoma City, Okla.
His body was forwarded by Muller's Mortuary to Dallas for services and interment.
Mr. Canada was married to Emma Toal who was a sister to my Grandmother Bernice Julia Toal. Would like to correspond with anyone connected to this family.
