Looking for James Madison Cannon born in Maryville, Blount cty, Tn in 1816. Married Charlotte Emily Cummings, daughter of Thomas Cummings and Rebecca Berry also born in Maryville also. she was born in 1819. Several families migrated to Parker, Cty, Tx.She died in 11-28-1894 in Parker cty.
Need info on the Cannons. My grand mother was Mary Jane Cannon. Have info on Cummings. 6 of the Cummings sons were Methodist Ministers and were ministers in Maryville and to the Indians in Arkansas,Ollahoma, Tx in Indian Territory. Very famous.
