Hi Tony, My husband had a relative who went to California besides his own brother Paul, who lived in San Diego before his death years ago. My husband's family came from Manfredonia, Italy. His father was Antonio.His mother Gionanina Maria Murgo came from Foggia, Italy. I would be happy to "talk" via email. There is most likely a connection. I can't remember my husbands relative's name in California. I think he had a motor home and traveled a lot???? We have been married 44 years so it had to be that long ago. What is/was your father's name? Do you have any connection to the name Murgo? Will you share your family names so I can ask my husband about them?
