Roger, I believe that we would be fourth cousins. Our common ancestor is Cormac and Margaret Carten, our ggg-grandparents. I don,t have much more info on Ann except that she left her husband William Deveny and moved from Westfield NS to Boston to be with her sisters. I think that my uncle still has old letters from her, that she sent to my g-grandfather. I do have a picture that I have scanned, which I will e-mail directly to you.
