I find only one Francis Cawley on the list of persons paying rent in Mayo in 1856 (he must therefore probably be over 20 years of age at that time). His address was Cloghbrack Near, Addergoole, Co Mayo.
I find no Francis Cawley born in Mayo between 1864 and 1875 and no parent Francis Cawley to whom any child was born in that time span.
If you consult boat passenger lists you might find a townland of origin and approximate age. The town you refer to is BALLINA and is on the border with Co Sligo. Maybe your search should include Co Sligo.
Do note that I find Cawley children often registered as CAWLY and some few times registered as McCawley.
