I am searching for the parents of William Phelps Allyn born February 22, 1822 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut. He died on April 6, 1904 in Sioux City, Iowa. He married Mary Throop April 30, 1857 in Litchfield, Litchfield, Connecticut. There are several Allyn's in Connecticut, and I have yet to make a connection. Mary Throops family is also from Connecticut, and I am hoping somebody somewhere has these names in their file. If you do, please contact me.
