Hi Marilyn, Peleg Allyn was my great,great,great grandfather. The Johnson family came from Ipswich, MA. My ancestors were also connected with Deerfield, MA., Buckland, and Sherburn Falls, and Charlemont and Ashfield. Rufus Johnson, from Buckland, MA, moved to Sempronius, Cayuga Co., NY. Peleg Allyn was there, also. Both families moved to Posey County Indiana. Both are my gggreat grandfathers. I have a lot of information on the Johnsons, Hawks, Arms, Taylors and Phillips, but cannot find parents of Peleg Allyn. Peleg Allyn married Mary Lobdell. The same family names are together in the same areas. If you have any information that would help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you, Martha Ries
