I'm looking for a connection to the MARTIN line from Ireland through the marriage below. I'm hoping Caroline is a sibling of Catharine (nee MARTIN) BURKE. My great grandmother emigrated from Ireland to Iowa circa 1836-early 1840's. She is: Catharine MARTIN, b. c. 1828, Ireland, mar. Michael J. BURKE, SEP 16, 1850, St. Raphael's Cathedral, Dubuque, Iowa. They moved to Shawnee, Kansas about 1858/59 and are buried at St Joseph's Cemetery in Johnson county, Kansas.
