Sally Gennievee Bailey, 85, of LaFollette, TN, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cas and Elsie Mae Riggs Bailey; brothers, Leon, Jr. and Esker Bailey; and sisters, Rosa Heatherly and Edith Petree. Surviving are brother, Roy Bailey and wife Ruth; and special sister, Barbara Sue Mardis. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, April 25, 2009, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home, LaFollette, TN. Funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009, at House of Prayer and Praise, with Rev. Andrew Ayers, and Rev. Mike Franklin officiating. Interment will be at Davis Chapel Cemetery. Cross-Smith Funeral Home, LaFollette, TN, is serving the Bailey family.
