Ms. Bailey retired from Magnavox. She was of the Church of God tradition of faith. She was a daughter of the late Floyd and Lillie Talley Horner; and was preceded in death by two sons, an infant, Phillip Hicks, and Paul Rick Bailey; a daughter, Debra Bailey; a sister, Nancy Smith; and a brother, A. C. Horner. Survivors include one daughter, Priscilla Presley of Greeneville, TN; one son and daughter-in-law, Harold T. 'Butch' and Glenna Hicks of Greeneville, TN; four grandsons and their wives, Phil and Arlene Hicks and Chris and Jamie Hicks, all of Greeneville, TN, Ben and Kristen Hicks of Knoxville, TN, and Cy Hawk of Greeneville, TN; two granddaughters and their spouses, Leslie and David Hinkle and Megan and Jason Phelps, all of Greeneville, TN; seven great-grandchildren, Rylee Hicks, Tyler Hicks, Brittany Hinkle, Brandon Hinkle, Chesney Presley, Joseph Phelps, and Taylor Hawk; one sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Junior Kanipe of Russellville; several special nieces and nephews; and a special friend, David Henry of Greeneville, TN. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2009, at Kiser- Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday afternoon, June 13, 2009, in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. David Gibbs will officiate. Pallbearers will be Phil Hicks, Chris Hicks, Ben Hicks, Cy Hawk, David Hinkle, Roger Kanipe, and Jimmy Kanipe. Dr. James Rodgers will be an honorary pallbearer. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
