Does anyone have anything on Henry Baines Sr. who is listed in the Greene Co. AL 1850 census and is from NC? My ggg-grandfather Solomon Holt married a Martha Baines (b. abt. 1825) in Greene AL in 1845 and I'm thinking she may have been a daughter of Henry Baines Sr.
