William was still in the 1910 census so he died between 1910 and 1920. The easiest way to find Annie's name would be to get the marriage license for Maud Bishop and Harry B. Sayre. In the 1910 census they had been married 8 years. The license should have the parents listed. That would be at the County Courthouse and they may even have William and Annie's marriage. You may be able to find William's death, too. The 1930 census you posted was really the 1920 census. In 1930, Annie said that she was only 67 and born in Ohio. William Sayre and Irene Sayre Stoner and 2 children were living with her. William E Bishop had 3 wives, Annie being the third. Think that the listing of Hartford Hildebrand as a grandson, is a mistake. She's just not old enough. Have William's other children than Maud if you are interested.
