Looking for a William Bishop b c 1831 probably in Putnam Co., GA and Ann Bishop, his probable sister (b c 1836), also probably in Putnam Co.,GA. Their parents appear to be Greer and Lavitha Hill Bishop listed in 1850 in DeKalb (Atlanta) GA. For soem reason in 1850 Greer is listed as Graham? Lavitha and Greer were married in Putnam Co.,GA in 1827. There might have been another, older, child born to them before Wm.? Both parents of Wm and Ann appear to die by 1860. Ann and Wm have a sister Ellen b c 1839 in GA. Ellen married John C Register in 1858 in Atlanta, Fulton Co., GA. Any info appreciated. Celeste adellaholly@yahoo.com
