There are a number of tantalyzing connections here but nothing solid yet. We would only be related if Ann Bourne and James Hayward had a son by the name of Alonzo (b 1838), or if Ann had a nephew by the name of Joseph Bourne (b 1836). The first solid connection I have is David Hayward (1898-1980) married to Georgina Ellen Mae Bourne (1906-1964) (Married in 1924, Midland, Ont. Canada). These were my parents.
