Our family was spelled Brendle or Brendel or Brendli back in Pennsylvania. Two of the Hildebrands moved to Missouri with one of our family members, which today is spelled Brinley. The Hildebrands lived next door to Jacob Brendel (1721-1785) (and many other spellings back then) Would like to invite you to post to http://www.brinley.net/cgi-bin/ultimate.cgi This is a new site, under construction for the Brinley (and other spellings) Let's see if we can't help each other.
