Wentworth (Winkworth) Charles BRITTON was born 14 Jan 1865 Lower Sackville to Joseph BRITTON & his 2nd wife Georgina Maria FENERTY. Charles died 10 Feb 1944 Hospital, Halifax, NS. Joseph BRITTON was a shoemaker. Joseph BRITTON, b ca 1803, died 27 July 1872 Provincial & City Hospital, Halifax, NS. Joseph's death registration names Thomas BRITTON as his father and mother not named. From land records for Thomas BRITTON in Hants Co., NS Thomas's wife's first name was Eliza. Charles BRITTON was living in Halifax in 1881 with his widowed mother Georgina and his siblings William and Emily. Georgina (FENERTY) BRITTON died Dec 1888. Charles' other siblings were William, Mary Alice, William Archibald and Nathaniel. Norma
