I have Brumfield's in one of my lines. The earliest I find them is in Ky. Joel Brumfield was born there c 1834. I do not know anything of his parents and or siblings...But he did find his way to MO. Married and lived in Boone county for a number of years, before going to Texas...I found him as a widower in 1880 Grayson county. Lost him and found him again as a widower living in Oklahoma, I think 1910. After that I lost him again. Does this man or info ring a bell with any other Brumfield researchers out there?
