Does anyone have info on this couple? It appears they didn't stay long in Paulding Co., GA. Where did they go? I believe this John Carter could be a brother to my ancestor Thomas R. Carter of Montgomery Co., AL. These Carter's have roots in Edgefield Co., SC. Any info appreciated. Email if you prefer to ccb743@excite.com. Thanks.
