I'm looking for information on Bethel Knight Wilson, private of the Virginia 2nd Cavalry, company F. I've only been able to find information on him through ancestry.com's American Civil War Soldiers database. However, I have no idea where this database comes from and would love to have actually copies of any service records available. I understand that most of the Confederate records were burned, however, does anyone know if any are still around and available? Thank you for any help.
