according to the CW pension index at Footnote Chauncey O. Cummings' ( of Co B, 29th Wis. Inf) widow and minor received a pension effective Feb 9, 1864. (application # 45639 for widow & 97020 for minor and Certificate # 27823 widow & 138397 for minor) hope this helps you decide which is the right man.
