Alsie (Absie) Harris 1833 Indiana Married 1859 (According to 1900 census) Mary J. 1837 Indiana Children: Cordelia 1866 George 1871 John D. 1871 Aninda 1872 Laffatte A. 1875 Census: 1880-Northern,Williamson County, Illinois 1900-Northern, Williamson County, Illinois 1910-Marion, Williamson County, Illinois I am trying to find out if my great-great-great-great grandfather served in the Civil War or not. This is just about all the info I have on him and his family. I have further Census info for the ones listed above. I can not find him in the 1860 or 1870 census. His names have been listed as. A. Harris, A.B. Harris, Alsie (Absie) Harris. I do not know if his name was Alsie or Absie. Can someone helpe me please. TIA Christopher |
