There were 3 generations of Hezekiah Rice Clinkscales. III evidently went by Jeremiah R. for some reason. Lived with his wife Ruth Fields in Jackson, ElPaso, and Hudspeth Counties until his death in Fort Hancock, Tx in 1926.
