I just happened to stumble across this post, and I have a grandpa Eugene Cochrane who died in 1990 in Cupertino Santa Clara County CA. The only thing is my Grandmas name is Francis Cochrane, maiden name Francis Stevens, but the other stuff seems too coincidental. Did the Eugene Cochrane you're talking about work for Wells Fargo Bank?
