I am trying to establish further family connections with my Great Grand Father George Washington Cochrane , born in New York in 1858.Parents were William Cochrane and Ellen Dowter. Immigrated to Melbourne Australia ( date unknown ) and married Matilda Ada Darby in Melbourne on Dec 25 1888.Died in Melbourne on Dec 19 1916.
