Can any of you possibly help us connect this lady to a particular Cockerham family line. Probably Moses or David? Thanks for your help. Elkin Mrs. Lillian Betty Cockerham Adams, age 83, of Lyles Street, passed away Monday, November 22, 2004 at Hugh Chatham Nursing Center. Mrs. Adams was born August 19, 1921 in Surry County to Everett “Bud” & Augusta Eldridge Cockerham. Mrs. Adams was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church where she participated in the Birthday Club and she was a member of a quilting club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Joseph Adams; a brother, Dula Cockerham
