Gladys, This is what I found. I had intended to visit Maury City today but I did some research on the Internet and could not find any Colstons listed in the online directory. I looked at the 1870 census and could not find Colstons living there at that time. Did they all leave with George? George Colston b. 8 Dec 1751, Maury City, Crockett, Tennessee d. 30 Jan 1840 Sabine, Louisiana, m. Mary Ann Ivers, February 23, 1775 Children: George Colston Samuel Colston – ggg-grandfather Jeremiah Colston I also found their genealogy back to David Colston, b. 1630 Plymouth Mass. In addition, it would need to hide information on living entries from the public at large but allow a group of registered users the ability to see everything.
