I am posting this message to correct a typo that appears in message #350. The birthdate given for Joseph Perkins Conant is actually 1790, not 1890. Also I am not certain now that the middle name is correct as it is omitted from some sources I have found. In Odell Conant's book written in 1887 he has no middle name, however he has a son, Joseph Perkins Conant b. 10 Mar 1823,who is one of 8 children born to Joseph and Anna (Foster) Conant. (page 290-291) I am sorry if the above has caused any confusion for anyone.
