Our local newspaper recently ran a story that the infamous Jack The Ripper, who murdered 5 prostitutes in 1888, Whitechapel, London, was a Col Claude Regnier CONDER, born Cheltenham in 1848. Has anyone on this list any knowledge of this? Roger Bull in sunny Guildford
