Hi I am looking for any information on a Rosie Cowan. I am not sure when she was born but I am thinking around 1927 in Oregon. She was my maternal grandmother but she gave my mother up for adoption and all the info I have is from the birth cert. I am really grabbing at straws here so thanks. I am not sure of the spelling as the birth cert was hand written.
