Dorsey Annanias Crockett registered for the WW 1 Draft on 12 Sept 1918 in Accomack co VA address was Tangier Accomack Co VA He listed his mother Reachel Crockett as his nearest relative she lived in Felmans/Telmans Island Talbert Maryland He listed his age as 37 but listed his actual birth date as unk He did not sign his draft card himself as it says Annanias his X mark Crockett He described himself as Medium Height, Stock build Blue eyes and light hair with no physical disabilities Occupation was Waterman for himself in 1920 he lived in Tangier Accomack Co VA as well he was listed as a boarder with a Zach/Jach? H and Emily Crockett His age was listed as 40 I have not found him on the 1930 census anywhere yet I am also looking for Lewis I looked through the TX death index starting in 1903 but did not find him anywhere But it did not become official in TX for Death Cert until 1930 Texas also has some funny rules on DC some counties dont require to file with the state if the death occured outside the city limits but do have to file with the county What was his fathers name maybe I can find him that way on the TX death index listing I know his mother was named Reachel from his Draft Card Debra laMel Crockett Researcher TX Volunteer
