I am searching, my grandma Frances May Stamper-Harrison, was born in Ft. Scott Ks. Her parents are Roscoe Conklin Stamper and Lula Deeds, they had 3 children, a infant son died at birth, and 2 daughter, Lula's parents are Minor Deeds and Kathyrn Root-Deeds. they had 2 children ( from what my grandma wrote down in her Bible) Walter Deeds and Lula Deeds. I have found Ks, Census where they are, but nothing to really put a name with Minor, someone told me his name is William Minor Deeds, but not really proof enough, I have no idea where Lula is buried at, as I really don't know when she died, I always thought dad said he was about 10years old when Lula died, so that would had been in about 1938. I am thinking maybe around 1944-1945, as my dad said he remembers her, and she gave my dad her Bible, (no info in the Bible :-( . I have found where Roscoe remarried to Hazel, they applied for a maarriage license in May/Apr. 1945. they are buried in Cameron Mo. at Packard Cemetery. so this is and has been my road block... thank you in advance if anyone can connect this line somewhere... thank you so much
