My Great great grandfather was Jonathan Doan born March 26 1849 in Norfolk Ontario canada.He married Ester Elizabeth Kaake October 22 1871 In Norfolk Ontaior Canada. by 1872 Jonathan And Sarah were on there way to sanilac michigan. Their Son Joseph is my great grandfather. Jonathan's Marrige Record lists his parents as John and Sarah Doan and that he was born in Camboro . I have search and can find nothing on his parents so if anyone could help Id appreciate it very much. Ive been told we decend from The bucks co. Doan's but cannont find documental proof to connect past Jonathan.
