Not right at the moment as records that age are not very good in Canada and I got it through the Vickers research. Most of Kent County hasn't been copied yet and I will have to search to find anything further. Hester had a sister Rachel who married Israel Doan who died in prison. Many of Thomas' siblings stayed or died in the USA and only a couple came to Canada where there were numerous relatives coming about the same time. There is a lot of confusion over the various Thomas Doans. You will find this confusion listed on what people have written as conjecture. This one did go to the USA but came back after his wife died. I'll do more digging. BTW-He and some of his family did live in both Welland and Humberstone which are both near Niagara Falls.
