Dear Dave Their two other Lowell Downers I know of. One that live in Glendale Arizona, area has a cleaning business and a brother that lives in Oregon. The family came from New York. The other Lowell Downer lives in Florida thats all I know. My family comes from Monmouth Illinois Warren, County I hope this helps Lowell H. Downer
