Hi Katherine, My records show that Delance Downer is the son of Clark Downer and Ada Riper. Delance had 3 sisters, Ernestine, Edith and Ruth; and two brothers - Edmund and Louis. Would love to communicate further on this. Thanks, Teresa Henslee-Downer
